Belgian Waffles Recipe

Meet me again and thanks for join me. Today i will share to you about Belgian waffles recipe. Waffle is batter cake cooked in a waffle iron patterned to give a characteristic shape. Actually, there are many kinds based on the type and shape of the iron and recipe. Waffles are famous in the world especially in Asia, Europe and especially in Belgium. But today i will share this food in Belgian style.



Ingredients:
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  •  2 tablespoons of confectioner's sugar
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • Whipped cream
  • 1 pinch of salt
Method of Preparation of this waffles:
  1. Combine the floor, confectioners sugar, baking powder, milk, oil and egg yolks
  2. Beat the egg whites and salt until they become soft peaks, then mix in the vanilla at this time and fold into the batter (do not over in mixing)
  3. Pour 1\8 of the mixture into a hot waffles iron and wait about 2 minutes.
  4. Repeat with the remaining batter
  5. Top with your favorite fruit and whipped cream and serve while in hot.
