How to Make Chicken Casserole Waikiki ?

Hello friend meet me again and thanks for join me. Today i will share to you a recipe about "how to make chicken casserole ?". Casserole it's meaning is pan in French language. Actually this food is served is especially plate, generally it is cooked in roasted way.
Casserole food has many kinds for example lasagna, ragout, cassoulet, gratin and carbonnede. Each of them has especially way and recipe. But today, i will share about Waikiki chicken casserole. Are you interested with this recipe ?. Okay let's we begin.


Waikiki chicken

Ingredients:
  • 4 tomato, slice small
  • 1 1\2 kg of broiler chicken
  • 1 pineapple, peel its skin. Slice small 
  • 1 liter of coconut milk
  • Cooking oil
Mashed ingredients:
  • 20 grams of ginger
  • 10 grams of turmeric
  • 2 spoons of mashed chili
  • 1 spoon of curry powder
  • Salt to taste
How to make chicken casserole ?
  • Cut chicken become 12 parts. Insert salt and smear
  • Heat cooking oil. Saute mashed spices, if color has became brown, pour the sliced chicken. Mix and close with pot lid in 10 minutes.
  • Then pour coconut milk, mix. Wait until chicken become soft
  • Saute pineapple and  tomato in different pan, then put above chicken casserole
