For people who like Japanese food surly know well about this food. Miso soup is clear soup and there is small sliced tofu in its soup. To make this soup, we will use dashi (fish broth) that we can buy from market. In the Japanese tradition, seasonings mix in miso soup is selected in order to give best color, taste texture. Tofu is ingredients usually used in this soup.
beside that, foodstuffs float sometimes used in this soup, like seaweed. Foodstuffs sinks is used to, like potato. The other ingredient used like mushroom, garlic, shrimp and fish. In this recipe we will use spinach as combination. So, this soup will be more healthy for you.

Miso Soup
Ingredients:
- 200 grams of Japanese tofu. Slice it small
- 3 spoons of cooking oil
- 1 liters of dashi broth
- 150 grams of miso
- 200 grams of spinach
- Slice small the Japanese tofu
- Heat cooking oil in pan
- Fry tofu, then drain them
- Boil dashi broth then pour fried tofu
- Melt miso with a bit broth, then pour it in the broth
- Add sliced spinach, wait until become boiling
- Miso soup is ready to be served
