This food actually very famous in all Indonesian residents, but there is one province in Java island very famous with this food, it is Jogjakarta. Usually any tourist who come to Jogjakarta will know this food. From here we will name this food gudeg okay?
Maybe one of you have traveled in Indonesia and tasted this food and want to make it in your home but don't know how to make it. Well, today i will guide you to make this soup.
Main ingredients:
- 1\2 coconut
- 3 teak leafs
- 1\2 chicken
- Egg
- Young jackfruit
- 3 cloves of red onion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 tea spoon of coriander
- 6 grain of candlenut
- Two pieces of galingale
- 1\4 tea spoon of shrimp paste
- 3 bay leafs
- 1 spoon of salt
- 2 spoons of brown sugar (Javanese sugar)
- Flavoring
- Boil egg
- Sublime coconut for coconut milk
- Peel jackfruit, wash then slice it rather rough
