How to Make Meat Soup ?

Hello friends meet me again and thanks for join me. Winter has came, do you know kind of food can warm your body ?. I know this answer, it is "meat soup". In Indonesia, we name this food soto daging. So, today i will share the meat soup recipe to you. Thanks for your attention.
In Indonesia, soup have been tradition. If you plan to trip in Indonesia, you will find this food in every restaurant. You know that Indonesia is mountainous country, some places in Indonesia are dominated by mountain and highland, it's like Switzerland in Europe. Hot soup become idol in my country. Moreover, there are many districts in Central Java famous with "Soup Resident".

Okay, let's we process this recipe. Ingredients:
  • 500 gr of beef, slice small (size depending on you)
  • 3 liters of water
  • Two star anise
  • One segment of galangal
  • 1 rod of lemongrass
  • 3 lime leaves
  • 3 leeks
  • 3 celery
  • Enough ginger (has burned)
  • Enough turmeric (has burned)
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 5 red onions
  • A tea spoon of pepper powder
  • 1\2 tea spoon of sugar
  • 1\2 tea spoon of salt
  • 1 medium tomato
  • Soup flavoring (sufficiently)
Complementary seasonings:
  • 1\2 of boiled cabbage. slice small
  • 200 gr of boiled bean sprouts
  • 2 potato
  • 1 boiled carrot
  • fried red onion (slice small then fry)
  • 3 boiled eggs. Slice become two parts
  • Celery, slice small
  • Leek, slice small
  • 1 tomato, slice slim
  • Soy sauce
  • 1 red chili, boil it then puree

How to cook it ?
  • Wash the sliced beef, boil it in 5 minutes, wait until become boiling. Discard it's water
  • Wash beef again, then boil again, pour star anise, boil it until beef become soft. Make sure that boiled water is still available
  • Puree garlic, red onion, ginger and burned turmeric 
  • Then, saute the pureed seasonings above, pour smashed lemongrass, smashed galangal, lime leaves
  • Then, pour soup flavoring (sufficiently), when become fragrant, lift it then pour into beef's pan
  • Wash leek and celery, bundle both of them, then pour into the pan. Pour sliced tomato to and pepper powder
  • When the beef become soft, pout salt and sugar sufficiently. Meat soup is ready
  • Serve in bowl, put boiled egg above, boiled cabbage and boiled bean sprouts
  • Meat soup is ready
