Surly your self know benefit of this food without explaining. In this food we will use broccoli as main ingredient and add other other fresh vegetables. This vegetables is peas, corn flower, carrot, mushroom, bean and petai (if you don't know petai, search in google). You can find all ingredients in market surly. As for petai, i will show you its picture, and please to match it in your country.
Ingredients:
- Green broccoli to taste
- Peas to taste
- Corn flower to taste
- Carrot to taste
- Mushroom to taste
- Bean to taste
- Petai to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Salt to taste
- Bombay red onion to taste
- Oyster sauce to taste
- Cooking oil to taste

How to make healthy delicious broccoli stir-fry ?
- Heat cooking oil in pan, then saute sliced garlic and sliced red onion until become fragrant
- Pour sliced broccoli, mushroom, petai, peas, bean, corn flower and carrot. Saute and mix until become withered
- Then add salt and water to taste. Mix them well
- Then, pour oyster oil, mix them. Wait until stir-fried become cooked
- Lift it and serve
