Beef noodles is common food, but Vietnamese beef noodles is different something. This noodles will give you different tasted and delicious. Since along times we have known that Vietnamese food is different in spicy sour than many other countries.

Let's we begin to cook this noodles
Ingredients:
- 350 grams of fresh boneless beef
- 250 grams of kwetiau
- 5 cm mashed ginger

- Take kwetiau and put in the bowl. Heat water in the pan. Then use hot water to steep kwetiau, then drain it
- Hear cooking oil in pan, then saute sliced Bombay red onion in middle fire until fragrant. Then add lemongrass, ginger, deaf, cinnamon, carrot, beef and water. Minimize the fire in order to beef be cooked completely
- If beef is cooked, drain it. Slice the beef slim as you want
- Heat the broth again, then pour fish, soy sauce, salt and flavoring. Boil them until become boiled
- Manage kwetiau in bowl. Then pour sliced beef and complementary seasonings
- Pour broth in bowl
- Your soup is ready to be served
