As we know that the clam is contained with many nutrients and very good to our bone, then what's your idea if we will add vegetables in this soup ?, actually it will be very healthy. So, the combination between clam and vegetables surly will give us very big benefit for our body.
Cooking clam in my country is common. You will find this food in every stalls and restaurants, it is because my country is maritime country, so clam is very rich and much. Do you want to know how is clam soup looked ?, see below

Okay, let's we begin to cook this food...
Main ingredients:
- 1 kg of white clams, wash them
- 10 Cayenne pepper, let them integral and wash
- 2 sliced slim ginger
- 1piece of galangal
- 1 packet of tamarind spice
- 1 liter of water
- Boil the water until boiling
- If it is boiling, pour clams, chili, ginger, galangal, tamarind spices. Wait until become cooked
- if you soup is cooked, serve in bowl
- If you want, you add fried red onion (optional)
