Hello friends meet me again and thanks for join me. Today i will share to you "how to make special grilled fish ?". before it, i just wan to inform you that i will use Indonesian recipe in this food. Maybe you're not yet taste this food, but try to make. For this recipe i will use the gurame fish. You can get this fish in the market.
In my village, generally we serve gurame grilled with hot rice and combined with sweet condiment, pickles and kangkung / kale. In many places in Indonesia, generally you will find the gurame grilled stand and when i made trip in Borneo island (Indonesia), exactly in Banjarmasin, i consumed this food in the middle of big fool. wow, it's very awsome.
Okay, let's explain this recipe, how to make grilled fish. You can use any fish as you want okay ?
Main ingredients:
- Two gurame fish, size: 600-750 grams
- Two spoons of cooking oil
- Two limes
- Four red onions
- 1 tea spoon of salt
- 2 cm of gingers
Layer (outer of fish) seasonings:
- 2 spoon of cooking oil
- 3 mashed of garlic
- 3 mashed of red onion
- 7 spoons of soy sauce
Ingredients for making condiment:
- 8 red chili (for you who like hot food, you can minimize as you want)
- 1 spoon of salt
- 1 tea spoon of sugar
- 1 tomato
- 10 cayenne chili
5. How to make it ?
- clean the fish, and cutlet that fish !
- Then smear that fish with limes, let a few minutes, then clean with water (for discarding fishy)
- Smear that fish with mashed seasonings and let five minutes until seep into the fish
- Don't forget to turn the charcoal, make sure in high temperature
- Burn the fish until be cooked, reverse the fish and don't forget to smear the fish with layer seasonings
- process the condiment ingredients and cook in the pan. Pour the sugar and salt in the last.
- Serve the grilled fish with condiment....delicious
