Recipe today is preferential because we will use ingredients from Germany, but i think you can find this recipe easy in market near from your home.
This soup actually is suitable in winter. You my consume this soup with your family when raining. I think it is very awsome. Okay let's we begin to create this soup.- Two big cow bone. Make sure there is marrow in bone
- Two liters of water
- 250 grams of potato. Peel and slice
- 250 grams of carrot. Slice
- 1 tea spoon of pepper
- 2 packet of chicken flavoring
- 3 bay leafs
- 250 grams of beef sausage. Slice it slim
- 2 celery. bundle them
- One spoon of margarine to saute
- 5 cloves of red onion. Slice
- Boil water, then pour cow bone in pan
- Boil bone cow in 30 minutes, Then lift and take it's marrow, then set aside
- Take it's broth about 1250 ml, then pour the chicken flavoring. Boil it
- Heat margarine in pan, then saute red onion
- Then pour sauteed red onion in the broth. Add pepper, carrot and potato. wait until vegetables become soft
- Separate vegetables from broth (except celery). Then blend them with marrow until smooth
- Mix all minced vegetables with broth residue, mix them until become cream
- Pour sliced sausage in broth. Mix a moment until cooked then lift it
- If soup not creamed, coagulate it with roasted wheat flour
- Serve it while in hot
