Tom Yam is one of the delicious food from Thailand.This soup is very tasty and delicious and you can enjoy it in all times. Even though tasty food, but it is very easy to make it and practice, so you can make it your self, so you don't need going to Thailand restaurant. When you make this soup your self, you don't need to spend much money also but very cheap. If you want to know the original Tom Yam ingredients, just follow steps below:

Tom Yum recipe
Ingredients:
- 100 grams of straw mushroom
- 150 grams of squid
- 150 grams of shrimp
- 100 grams of peeled snapper
- 2 cm of galangal
- 2 spoons of fish sauce
- 5 lime leaves
- 2 lemongrass (white part)
- 2 spoons of acid water
- 1 spoon of lemon juice
- 2 liters of shrimp broth
- 1\4 ta spoons of pepper
- 1\2 tea spoon of powder coriander
- 2 spoons of sugar
- 2 tea spoon of salt
- 2 tea spoons of flavoring
- 1 spoon of ebi (small dried shrimp, search in google)
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 6 cloves of red onion
- 15 of red cayenne chili
- Cooking oil to taste
- Smear shrimp, squid and fish with lemon juice. Wait until 10 minutes
- Heat cooking oil then saute all tom yum spices
- Then blend all fried spices with its oil in the blender
- Boil the shrimp's broth, then pour spices, lime leaves, lemongrass and galangal. Wait until become boiling
- Pour shrimp, squid, fish and straw mushroom in the shrimp's broth
- Add fish sauce, pepper powder, coriander powder, sugar, salt and flavoring
- Pour acid water and bit lemon juice to taste. Mix well and wait until cooked
- Your tom yum is ready to be served
