Ingredients:
  • 1 kg of beef ribs. Cut into slices
  • 250 grams of mustard. Slice it
  • 1600 ml of water
  • Fried red onion to taste
Spices:
  • 6 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 piece of Bombay red onion. Slice slim
  • 4 tomato. Slice
  • 3 cm of ginger. Chopped
  • 1 tea spoon of power pepper
  • 1 tea spoon of sugar
  • 1 tea spoon of salt

  1. Boil beef ribs until boiling
  2. After boiling, pour pepper, ginger, garlic, sugar and salt. Mix well
  3. Wait until beef become soft. Then lift beef and filter the broth
  4. After filtering the broth, boil the broth with beef ribs 
  5. Then pour mustard and Bombay red onion. Wait a moment then lift
  6. Pour into bowl and strew with fried red onion
